Review content:
I have never been so astounded and dissapointed with such horrible healthcare!\r
The lady at the front desk is clearly frustrated with her workplace and struggles with her computer, she makes no secret of it.\r
The women who ""take care"" of you having entered the facitlity are rude and cold and treat you as if you are some kind of inconvenience having interrupted their loud and personal conversations regarding their personal lives and those of the patients.\r
Where is the management to control this awful and uncomfortable behaviour?\r
My first visit i had a personal examination which was dominated by a lady attendant who proceeded to discuss and complain about her problems with another patient and staff.\r
This was very uncomfortable and embarrassing for myself and the nurse (whom i was led to believe was a Doctor) conducting the examination.\r
On future visits I was amazed at the lack of knowledge regarding the healthcare being administered (contraception etc)\r
I kept receiving blank looks when asking about percentages of safety and side effects.\r
They said they weren't sure and they would look it up,which they never did.\r
Surley they should have some basic knowledge?\r
Unfortunately my body reacted negatively to the drugs given to me,which sadly due to their lack of knowledge ,happened another two times.\r
They didn't even tell me how to collect my prescriptions,in the full knowledge that i was completetly new to the American system ,which is different to my native England.\r
The final straw for me was when my last appointment with my ""Doctor"" who was a nurse, left me waiting in a room for a full 50 minutes ,alone!\r
I walked out,never to return.\r
Sadly, I still haven't found an alternative practice,I've been reluctant to try anywhere else.\r
I really hope this is not the standard for womens healthcare in North Carolina or the rest of America\r
If this is the case my future medical bill will include the the cost of flights home to England! :(\r
\r
Cons: too many too mention!
