I became a patient at Southeast Women's Center in July 2011. They have always provided exceptional care in a very timely manner. Dr. Mock is a wonderful physician, she is compassionate, caring and takes her time with you. I have never been rushed through an appointment. In October I had a follow-up appointment on a Tuesday and everything went fine and as expected, I was not due to be seen again for another 4 months. The following Monday I called the office after spending the weekend in terrible pain, I was seen and taken care of immediately. Everyone in the office from the receptionists in the front to the nurses, lab techs and physicians have been wonderful. I am terribly sorry that some of the women at this site have described such a terrible experience. I cannot comment on their experience, I have not been seen for pregnancy but for another issue. I can say that I have never witnessed pregnant women being treated poorly by any of the staff. I am very confident in the service that I have been provided, so much so that I have scheduled my daughter for her first gynecological exam at this office (Smithfield). In my opinion this is a great site to get gynecological care.
