To Those Who Want Respect as a Customer: \r

I live in Redwood City but work in the City. I called on Monday to get a certain brand of tire for my car (Yokahama, like the soft ride of these tires). They said they would have order them and would have them Tuesday. They also offered to have me come in on Tuesday morning. I could not but said I would be in on Thursday at 8:00AM. \r

I arrived on Thursday and told them of the appointment set. When this guy started looking at the computer, I knew something was wrong. He said to me in a surly tone, "You didn't order the tires". I responded with "Excuse me, I believe you didn't order the tires. Why would I come in here expecting to buy them if I didn't have the phone call on Monday"? He simply said in a condescending manner," Hey, you didn't order the tires. I don't t have them right now. I can have them here tomorrow". I stated at that point respectfully but assertively,"I work in San Francisco. I can't just come down here when it is conveni
