Horrible, Horrible, Horrible Saturday customer service. Lousy service to repeat and loyal customers. Precision is the only company that has serviced my home's dual AC/furnace units. In fact I'm on their contract program. One month after I had routine service to my AC units, one of them stopped working. I called on a Saturday, and the only person available to come for a service call was the technician (E.Zaro) who had last serviced my units. I told the female rep I didn't want him to come out, and I told her why (he caused some damage at the last visit, it was minor which is why I didn't complain, but I also didn't want him coming out again). She said he was the only tech available. We went round and round about this - I had a hard time believing a company this size only had one person available, and asked that she contact her manager or whomever she was to contact if an issue came up. She flat out refused and kept repeating she could have E. Zaro come out. My other option was to sweat
