I recently heard a strange noise in the back of my Nissan Pathfinder when I went around a corner or hit a speed bump. I am disabled and since I used to be a mechanic could not figure out what was wrong but thought the worst. Unfortunately, I am not able to get under a vehicle anymore and check things out for myself. I pulled into the shop and Kevin the owner himself crawled under my SUV as I sat nervously in the waiting room in my 'scotter' with my fingers crossed.\r
About fifteen minutes later Kevin came back with a smile on his face. He informed me that my spare tire was loose. He had tightened it up for free and he certainly has earned my business. He could have said anything reasonable and I would have gone with it. I deeply appreciate his honesty
