If it is at all possible, DO NOT rent from this company. We rented a four bedroom house from Alliance, and they were nothing but trouble from the beginning. Upon arrival the house was absolutely trashed. Carpets had not been vacuumed, window blinds were broken and barely clinging to the wall, garbage disposal was broken, almost all light bulbs were burnt out, front yard was mostly just dirt, bathroom sink nearly tipped over with a nudge, all cocking for the bathtub and shower head was rotting off, kitchen began to flood from a leaking pipe in the wall soaking the living room carpet as well, the list goes on and on. Electrical outlets did not work, so an electrician came out to fix them but there was some type of major problem so he didn't. Alliance told us they knew those outlets weren't working so they charged us for the electrician coming out. When we finally got to leave that horrible place we made sure to do an excellent job cleaning knowing they were going to try to take our depos
