We made an appointment with A.P.M. to see a property. It looked halfway decent from the outside, the paint was a little faded but nothing significantly wrong. But when we went inside, there were cracks in the walls in the hallway leading to the room we were looking at, and parts of the outside of the door looked like it had been ripped off. And on the door there was a post it from the last tenants saying to knock, because otherwise they wouldn't hear you at the door. We had another group of people looking at the same apartment, and the agent was late to the appointment showing us around, although giving him the benefit of the doubt, it was snowing. Inside, the carpet had holes all over worn all the way through it (you could see the black part underneath the BROWN carpet). All the lights in the closets didn't have covers, all the carpet everywhere else was outdated, and again, cracks in the wall, and some of the widows were even off center or bent.
