I truly expected that by supporting a local business in a small town the customer service for this particular business would be unparalleled. Turns out I was wrong. In addition to overpaying for my dress which I could have easily purchased online at a considerable discount, I was advised to order the wrong size of the dress after being fitted in the shop was told that they could not return the dress or provide a refund. At the end of the day I believed I was going to Maria Christine?s for expert service and advice in regards to being measured and properly fitted for a dress which I would not have found when buying something online. The truth is I received a rude response and absolutely ZERO customer service. My advice would be to go to a bridal specialist who truly knows the fit and styles of the dresses they SELL so they can PROPERLY advise on measurements/sizes so everyone can leave happy!
