I simply called the Grand River location to get a price on leather cleaning. Their website has no hours posted on it. It was about 5:57 when I called and the lady picked up the phone. I asked if they did leather cleaning. She replied, "Yes." I then started to ask if she could give me a round about figure. She cut me off in mid sentence and said,"Ma'am, Ma'am, we're closed and I'm going home." She then hung up the phone. I have never in my life ever been treated so poorly over the phone! I would never suggest anyone ever go there!@!
