I recently moved to the Hartford area and was sooo pleased to come across Modern Pastry Inc. I swear there pastries are straight from Italy! I have never had a bad experience with them. I have consistently gone back to get cannolis (my favorite!) and bring them to every family gathering. The few times I didn't bring them places, people were asking why not so I just learned that I don't leave home without my cannolis from Modern! They also have the most beautiful looking wedding cakes in their displays. I just got engaged and I already know where I'm getting my wedding cake from...MODERN!!! I would definilty recommend them for any type of pastry!
