We recently purchased a 2006 Chrysler Town and Country from this dealership only to find out that it had major engine troubles. Only 6 months after owning this car the entire engine needs to be replaced. Ralph Honda wanted nothing to do with us other than to tell us to "contact Chrysler". If you are not going to stand by a product you see do not sell it. They charged up $12,000.00 for a pile of junk and I want a refund! Stay away from this place as they offer you no recourse. I have four sons that will be up and coming drivers and I could have given them a lot of business...now they will get none and I will tell everyone I come in contact with about our experience with them. We were ripped off! Hopefully the Attorney General will help us deal with them.
