Sunday 9/25/11: Clogged shower drain, and after 2 bottles of Draino and so much plunging I have blisters, I called Roto-Rooter. Eddie Ruiz showed up and was one of the nicest people I have met in a long time. (I was going to call the local plumber, and decided he fixed the last problem, and explained NOTHING to me, not to mention he was not friendly).\r
Eddie was thorough, and did not make me feel like I was stupid! We both laughed when he found a plastic bag jammed into the drain, and explained the previous owner tiled in the shower area and must have put the bag in the drain to protect it. Obviously it was too much effort to actually throw the bag away so it was jammed into the drain instead. \r
I will definitely use Roto-Rooter again, and hope that Eddie the plumber from Hartford comes out again! THANK YOU!
