Review content:
During my regular visit to this autoshop, I've got a recommendation and a quote to change my front exhaust pipe: $95 for one hour of labor and $196+tax for the pipe and ~$10 for shop supplies. OK, I did some research and bought the pipe from amazon for $103 (including shipping and no tax). When I asked the manager to install my pipe, using the previous quote for labor, he bluntly told me: "we need to add additional $40 to recoup the lost profit from the sale", and of course no warranty on customer supplied parts. For a few moment I was hesitant, next I asked if there are anymore charges : the answer was NO - total $135. Taking into consideration the status of AAA approved facility, my TRUST in it, and my time constraints, I decided to accept these conditions. The next day, the repair was done and my bill - $164.xx.
OK, they are loosing one more customer and may be a few others who will read this review.
