Very impressed! For the first time in my life I had such an incredible experience in an auto repair facility. The manager was very honest and straight forward. He even took me to the back and intorduced me to the technician and educated me on the repair that had to be done to my '05 Lexus. I never had this experience at the dealership I used to visit before. I was given a courteous shuttle service to my home. The price was right. The car was washed when I picked it up! I am a happy camper. I highly recommend SPARKS to anyone who is looking for a quality and an honest auto repair facility with fair price.
