I had found Robert and Phoenix Carpet Repair with the help of Google, and began reading extensively on the site about his carpet stretching expertise. We had brand new Berber carpet installed in 3 rooms of our home just 5 years ago and due to an improper install the carpet was loose and had waves in it. I had searched around the internet before looking to get it fixed but seemed nobody specialized in this type of repair, until this past weekend. Let me tell you that Robert and his team are AMAZING; not just the work they do but the way they conduct themselves! Always returned my calls or answered the phone, showed up on time with a courtesy call a bit ahead of scheduled time. Robert got me in contact with movers to help move all the furniture (those guys were not only very careful but very humorous), and a carpet cleaning by Brian at Phoenix Carpet Repair (who also cleaned a couch for us that also looks incredible!). I own my own small business so I can appreciate the long hours and customer service needed to be successful. Robert and his network are a testament to what this country was built onood, honest, professional, hard work!! Highly recommended.
