I am not sure this place even deserves1 star. The doctor was treating our pet during the week and said to bring it back if it gets worse. We did not have an appointment and brought poor animal back to the doctor on Saturday as it got much on Friday night. The doctor did not want to see us. An excuse given at the front desk was that they are absolutely busy today and that we should make an appointment and come back on Monday. When I looked around I noticed that all chairs in the area were empty, i.e. not a single person was in the place with their pets. I cannot imagine showing up at my doctor's office absolutely sick and them turning me down! This place should be ashamed of themselves and should not claim to be called pet clinic. I am glad we ended up going to another vet clinic nearby where we found a great doctor and an exemplary customer services. Needless to say, Leland Veterinary Clinic did not even get the diagnosis right! We?ll be going to our new doctor from now on.
