We have used Leland's forever. Dr. C is awesome and you can tell she loves animals. The staff is the best and are always friendly and helpful. Our first dog lived to be almost 20 . When we had to have the second put to sleep all of the staff were so consoling and sweet. I received flowers and a sympathy card from His Dr. We now have a third dog and she's in great health and they always remind me when it's time for a visit. I can't imagine going anywhere else. more

I've been going to Leland for almost ten years with a large assortment of cats and dogs. I recommend them highly. more

I can't stand this hospital. The people there are rude and act like their stuff don't stink. I am very upset at the way they handled my case and for that I lost my 2 year old snauzer. I got her from the Cobb Humane Society on Saturday for a joint birthday present for my three kids. Well, she fell ill that Saturday night, couldn't get her to eat at all on Sunday. Took her to Leland Clinic first thing on Monday morning and the lady at the front desk, made a comment, "oh, my baby she doesn't feel good at all, you can see the look she is giving." And than told me the doctor wouldn't be able to see her because I didn't make an appointment first. So, I took her to Bullard Animal Hospital in Austell, where my baby was so dehydrated and ended up passing away at 3:15 that afternoon. Leland Vet is nothing but cold and heartless people who work their. I would not recommend them at all. I did inform the Cobb Humane Society of their actions and they said they would not be recommending them to no on more

It seems to me that any clinic would have good days or bad days. It also seems that the opinion depends on one's perspective. I have had nothing but positive interactions with the kind staff at Leland Vet. Clinic. Everyone is kind hearted, professional, and knowledgeable. I am not looking to make friends with the staff, but it seems as though they treat everyone in the room as a friend. Every pet, although a patient, is carefully considered, and treated with the utmost of respect and dignity (in my opinion). Please consider this clinic if you are looking. You will be called by your name, as will your pet. more

I have two dogs and 1 cat, all rescued from the animal shelter. I been to a lot of vets over the last 30 years and Leland is the absolute best when it comes to care. I have read the other two reviews and I disagree completely. In fact, they must have Leland confused with another clinic. The folks really love and car for animals and I have always been greeted warmly and the staff is very professional. My dogs absolutely make a beeline to the car when I say let's go to the vets. When a hawk flew off with my kitten, they sent a card and a rose even though they had only seen him once. It was very thoughtful. So if you need a vet, I highly recommend you take them here. more

Leland Veterinary Clinic is the BEST place I have ever taken my animals to and I have had animals all of my adult life, which is over 40 years. I worked with a large animal vet for 7 years, so I know a good vet when I encounter one. Dr. C is very thorough and kind with animals. Prices are very reasonable and the staff EXCELS in their positions. I trust Leland with the lives of my pets, which I value as much as my own life! more

I have been having my dogs cared for at Leland for the past six years ago. All of the staff is great. They are courteous and polite. The groomer, Lisa, is very professional and loves and cares for my dogs like they were her own. She put the best haircuts ever on my schnauzer! She also bathes my other dogs. My dogs are calm when they get there, and go into their "happy dance" when they see Lisa and know they will get spoiled. When I see them again, they love to show off their new hairdos! more

I had my brother take my 2 shih tzus to the groomer LISA GOODMAN and when he arrived he said they didnt speak at all and ANDRA at the front desk was rude and seemed racist.ANYHOW,HE PICKED THEM UP FROM THE GROOMER AND WHEN I WENT TO PICK THEM UP THEY WERE FRIGHTENED AND ACKWARD, I WAS IMMEDIATELY ANGRY BECAUSE THERE HAIR LOOKED HORRIBLE.BUT BESIDES THIS I NOTICED THAT MY MALE DOGS EYE WAS BLACK AND BLUE.AT THIS TIME THEY WERE CLOSED.I HAD TO CALL OFF WORK TO STAY ON THAT SIDE OF TOWN TO TAKE HIM TO THE VET , THEY SAID IT LOOKED AS IF HE WAS HIT IN THE EYE, IT WAS *BLOOD SHOT RED ALL AROUND THE PUPIL AND BLACK AROUND THE OUTTER PART.I WAS SO HURT , THESE DOGS ARE Y BABIES, MY DOG HAD TO BE PUT ON ANTIBIOTICS AND I HAD TO APPLY EYE CREAM ON HIS EYE FOR A WEEK.CALLED LISA GOODMAN THE GROOMER SHE NEVER CALLED BACK.**DONT GO HERE PLEASE* more

Out of all the clinics in Atlanta, Leland has got to be in the top 5. Everyone there is compassionate, and treats your pet as if they were their own. The doctors are very concerned about your pet's welfare, and the staff is very friendly and everyone loves animals. The prices are extremely reasonable, and lower than most places. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who has a pet, even if you live in Alpharetta! more

Leland Veterinary Clinic gives special attention to each and every pet that is brought in. The doctors are always available to help and takes the time to explain every aspect. The prices are in line if not lower than most hospitals and many times the clients have been pleasantly surprised at the prices. The staff is well trained and eager to help in anyway they can. Dawn R asked the doctor to do something that would jeopardize her license and when she refused Dawn R wrote a bad review. It is sad to see a good business slammed. more

I took my dog because of lumps on body, vet told me it was cancer and if gets worst to put dog to sleep. Took to another vet, that vet sated they can not say without doing test first, Might be fat cells, tumor but not cancer, or cancer\r I ask if is cancer and I have to put dog to sleep how much will it be, which was also cheaper\r Notice staff not mature, behave like high school girls more

I am not sure this place even deserves1 star. The doctor was treating our pet during the week and said to bring it back if it gets worse. We did not have an appointment and brought poor animal back to the doctor on Saturday as it got much on Friday night. The doctor did not want to see us. An excuse given at the front desk was that they are absolutely busy today and that we should make an appointment and come back on Monday. When I looked around I noticed that all chairs in the area were empty, i.e. not a single person was in the place with their pets. I cannot imagine showing up at my doctor's office absolutely sick and them turning me down! This place should be ashamed of themselves and should not claim to be called pet clinic. I am glad we ended up going to another vet clinic nearby where we found a great doctor and an exemplary customer services. Needless to say, Leland Veterinary Clinic did not even get the diagnosis right! We?ll be going to our new doctor from now on. Cons: Everything more

Everyone at Leland is so wonderful and caring. Their services are well priced and we never have to wait. Trapper probably gets 10 treats from the staff while he's there! more

The staff are very rude and unaccomodating. The prices are also high for the service you receive. \r I would not reccommend this clinic in any way. more
