I find this comment to be unusual. It is written by a third party; we know what happens to stories as they trickle down the line! As having current and previous children in their care, I find this to be absurd. In all of the years that my children have been receiving ortho treatment from this practice, I have never had an appointment cancelled without notice nor been misquoted about their fees.
