My mother took my niece here to finish up her braces because they just moved here from CA. They were quoted a price (in writing) of $160 per month and were told that it would likely take 6 months or less. Today my mother took my niece to her scheduled appointment. She had to take my niece out of school early. Upon her arrival, she learned that the appointment had been cancelled, but they never called her to cancel the appointment. They called my mother later in the day and told her that the braces would cost almost $1,400 even though they previously said it would only be around $960 or less. I would never deal with this doctor or his office again. How unprofessional.
Pros: None!
Cons: Cancel appts without notice; lie about pricing
