After talking with and getting estimates from 5 roofers, Don, the owner of Best Roofing of VA, stood out from all the rest. Right from the beginning his main concern was what I wanted done. He explained EVERYTHING I asked in detail and gave me the resources I needed to verify and educate myself about shingles, etc. He not once tried to sell me on the most expensive or the latest "must have." He showed all options and once I told him what I liked and wanted, he made it happen. I appreciated the no haggle type meeting, only honesty and to the point. Don is a very sincere person and a very upfront business man.This is why we chose his company. His cost was very reasonable especially when compared to the others who wanted to charge double for the same material! We bought the Platinum Warranty and the Natural Shadow GAF shingles and ridge vents. The men came ON TIME! They did so much on my very steep and high roof and worked very hard all day. They finished in one day then came back the next morning to make sure they had cleaned up perfectly. The men asked me if I was satisfied and made sure I was happy before leaving. Very thoughtful staff. Don made sure to come by and do a final QA walk through to make sure all was well. He answered all questions and made sure we understood the warranty and maintenance steps for the future. A few hours later her called me to give me the warranty number for my roof and reminded me of what to do after a storm and to call him if I need anything or have questions. He truly has made every attempt to have a satisfied customer and he succeeded with flying colors. Best Roofing now has a loyal customer :) . I know my review may sound overly satisfied, but we truly did have a wonderful and very welcomed experience! After the stress of buying a new home then a month later needing to get a roof, it was nice getting good service. My roof looks A+mazing !
