Review content:
I've had my furnace and air conditioner replaced by them. For the last couple of years, the service tech, Adam, had been coming out to service us. He told me he noticed he was coming frequently, and we might want to look into getting them replaced. We then had a problem where the furnace stopped working, and he said I had some major issues with it. We decided to replace the furnace and air conditioner. Two guys came out, and it took them about six hours to tear out and replace the furnace and AC. I have an elderly parent living with me, and they were very nice and easy-going with her. I have no complaints about Service Legends and I haven't for years.
