Rude receptionist--
After waiting for one hour for my appointment with doctor Bains today, I asked the receptionist girl how much longer do I need to wait before seeing the doctor. She said she had no idea. Then I asked how many people were in front of me. She first said 3, then 5. I told her I had been waiting for an hour and I had an appointment at 5;30 pm. She said all patients had appointments. Doctor Bains is a specialist, it will take longer to see the patients. (then why take so many appointments if you know you will run out of time??!!!) I asked If I could see the doctor by 7;30 (they close at 8pm). She gave me an attitude and said she didn't know. Knowing that I might not be able to see the doctor by 8pm, I asked for a refunded and left...I would suggest you do the same...
