I hate to be catty on the internet. I've worked for Suburbia North for 7 years and the man who stated that ..."they need to refer surgeries to Gulf Coast or Texas A&M is wrong!!! We have been verbally harassed on the phone for months by this client. We referred this client and his pet to Animal Surgery Center of Houston for surgery and unfortunately his dog died at home the day after surgery. We gave him many options of specialists where he could take his dog. We highly recommend the vets at Animal Surgery Centers, and Texas A&M and GCVS. We expressed our deepest sympathies that his beloved pet died and all we've gotten from him is threats that he is going to kill us and that we were the ones who killed his dog. I'm sorry but I felt compelled to tell the real story. If any client ever has a problem with something at our hospital they are always welcome to talk with me about it! ~Jen (Front office manager)
