The staff at Dance 'N Things had usually been friendly. However, when I had a pair of shoes that I bought that were the incorrect style and I tried to return them a week later with the receipt, I was told no. The woman I spoke to was very rude and said I could only exchange them. However, they didn't have the right size and style in stock and had to order them. It would have taken 2-3 weeks to get them in. My daughter needed them the following weekend for a competition and another dance store in the area had the correct ones in stock. The woman said they would not do returns for cash even with the receipt because so many people bought them on Ebay and tried to return them as the originals to get cash back. While I understand the issue, I think that somehow they could mark the inside of the shoes somewhere to recognize if it is the one they sold.
