Joe helped us solve a problem. We had a new ceramic floor put in and the grout was the wrong color shade due to the negligence of a contractor who refused to correct it. We also needed it sealed as well. Joe and his partner consulted with my wife and I and was able to deal with both issues in a very timely and professional manner. I was impressed by Joe's professionality and technical knowledge. He answered all our questions and worked with us in getting the right color. He and his partner personally did the work in a timely fashion--thoroughly and carefully. We had just gone through a "nightmare" with previous contracters in our remodel, so Joe was a blessing and a breath of fresh air. I wholeheartedly recommend him. He is truly a "Master" of Grout!
