Stone & Grout Meister of Albuquerque resealed all of the grout in our shower/tub and the tile in the kitchen. The technicians were prompt, friendly and professional. Everything looked brand new after they finished. We were actually able to sell our home. I am very happy with how everything turned out. more

I used Stone and Grout Meister of Albuquerque when I needed some grout work done in my master bathtub. Joe came with his business partner Ann. They are wonderful! He and Ann did a SUPERB job of our master tub, and they cleaned the entire brick floor. Joe is kind, wonderful, and I just love him. Ann is also wonderful. I will use them anytime. In fact, I am about to call them for something else. more

Joe made two housecalls , no charge, listened to our woes about cracked porcelein floor tiles & stained grout.He made helpful suggestions. He sold us the correct product & suggested the appropriate tools. The " make-over" is amazing! We had considered retiling the kitchen....it is no longer necessary. Joe and Ann are both very meticulous about the quality of their work. They took every precaution to protect my walls, baseboards, furniture and carpet from damage during the cleaning process. We had significant grout repairs completed. I really appreciated the fact that Joe and Ann took their time making sure the repairs looked as perfect as possible. I needed a company to clean and reseal my Saltillo tile floor prior to my daughters wedding; I found Stone & Grout Meister via google, the company had good reviews and their online information was very complete and detailed about what they could do to restore the original luster of the Saltillo. I had unfortunately procrastinated setting up the appointment and it appeared with the backlog of work that we would not be able to have the work complete before our out of town guests arrived. Joe proposed working a full weekend to complete the Saltillo cleaning and sealing in time for the wedding schedule; we agreed and he did an excellent job, going much further than an extra mile to help a customer. The floor now looks great and is once again the centerpiece of our southwestern style home. Joe's work ethic is outstanding - you do not commonly find this kind of dedication anymore. He also helped us by educating us on the best cleaners and floor treatment techniques to use on our Saltillo tile. I would recommend his service without any reservation - you will be glad you hire this company if you have tile or stone surfaces that need refreshing. Joe helped us solve a problem. We had a new ceramic floor put in and the grout was the wrong color shade due to the negligence of a contractor who refused to correct it. We also needed it sealed as well. Joe and his partner consulted with my wife and I and was able to deal with both issues in a very timely and professional manner. I was impressed by Joe's professionality and technical knowledge. He answered all our questions and worked with us in getting the right color. 38 year old tile shower looks like new! Joe was very willing to share his experence and recommended products/tools to clean/maintain the showers. This shower was the first of three to be done. Have two other showers (tub style) to be cleaned, re-grouted and re-caulked after the first is sealed and usable. Will have Joe do those in the near future. more

Joe came out quickly to give us an estimate. The work was started the next week.He and Ann restored tile that had come off and matched and replaced grout and caulking in the kitchen and baths. they stripped and buffed my marble and it looks so great that I hate to walk on it.Ann sealed my wet bar and a vanity and bathroom floor so the grout won't stain. We love it. We will have more of our tile done next time. The cost was very reasonable and they workedvery hard. They finished on time and they take credit cards without any problem. more

We are completely satisfied with the excellent job and outstanding service we received from Joe and Ann of Stone & Grout Meister. We had a saltillo tile kitchen floor which had a build up from a variety of sealants & wax over a 15 year period of time. Joe and Ann did an outstanding job in stripping the floor, sealing it, and providing very useful information on proper care of saltillo tile. They showed great care and concern for us as their customer. We were preparing for a Christmas party and had very limited time for the work to be done. Joe and Ann worked with us to accommodate our time schedule. We also had granite counter-tops installed that same week which created a mess on the floor. Joe called to follow-up and came back to help clean up that mess and placed another coat of sealer on the floor! The floor looks beautiful! more

I can't speak highly enough about Stone & Grout Meister of Albuquerque. We had used them for tile and grout cleaning about two years ago, and we thought they were so friendly, willing to work with our schedules and great to work with back then, that's why we decided to use them again for this recent project. They came in and totally renovated a bathroom that hadn't been touched in awhile. It looks amazing! The quality of the work is wonderful. We are really satisfied with them.
