Review content:
I have to admit I was a bit skeptical about buying another hot tub. I had owned 2 hot tubs over the past 20+ years and had vowed not to buy another one. Too many problems and way too much time required for maintenance. However, getting older has meant more muscle and joint pain. So, I began my search again. I spent a great deal of time researching on the internet as I wanted a hot tub with a great warranty, a positive track record for reliability and good reviews from users. By chance, I ended up at
Colorado Custom Spas and was even further educated about spas and how they've changed over the past 20 years. Sam was well experienced about the majority of hot tubs on the market and was very fair about describing the pros and cons of each one regardless if he carried them. When he didn't know how to answer some of my questions he quickly did his own research. Very impressive. Well, for my needs, the Clearwater Hot Tubs were the best. I've had the tub for about a year and what a pleasure it's been! It took a little while to figure out how to properly use the chemicals and since it's been a breeze. Great service and a great hot tub. jg
