If I could give it 0 stars I would. I dropped off a pair of short boots which needed new soles and bottom of the heels and what i got back was something that looked like a person in a walmart's parking lot would have come up with.\r \r There is NO CRAFTSMANSHIP. The soles are not soles for boots but rather for dress shoes. They are thin and cheap. I can even see where he cut the old sole and glued the new one in. The heels have some sort of ""texture"" sprayed, as if by mistake, on them. The front of the shoes when it was glued back together was done so poorly the crease which should have been tucked into the soles is out and the inside of the shoes the glue is exposed which has hardened and could cut my feet if. When I told the old lady in the shop I wanted my money back, she refused and started making up excuses. The excuse she gave me was that I had the shows there for nearly three months. WTF does that have to do with the lack of craftsmanship? Instead she told me to come back Wednesday morning to talk to Ted. Why would I want this man doing anymore work on my boots?????\r \r Save yourself the trouble and don't go. I lost $45 and probably my favorite pair of boots. BTW take a look at the pictures.
