I have had numerous dealings with contractors in administering several residential rental properties and Best Roofing of Virginia is unsurpassed in terms of professionalism, responsiveness, and timeliness in completing the job...and ultimately, in the quality of work performed. The company respresentative was clear about all costs and insured that I was completely aware of them AND the specific tasks that would be performed. The on-site crew accomplished the job in a timely manner, the supervisor was courteous and amenable to answering quiestions, and they took great pains to ensure that the worksite was sanitized of all work-related debris. My tenants even called me to applaud the look of the new roof and praised the fact that the lawn and flower beds looked better than before the task began. Without doubt, I will use Best Roofing of Virginia again in the future
