We had our house on the market for four month and had gotten some offers but all required a new roof as part of the deal. We resisted at first but after hearing it six times we decided to "bite the bullet". Don came out and estimated our job and then recommended a shingle that was slightly more expensive than what we originally picked. After consideration, we went with his choice and in six days had the house sold for FIVE THOUSAND over asking price. Wow! Their crew left the yard cleaner than what it was before the roof was installed. The whole process was great!
