Don (salesman)was very knowledgeable during our discussion while recommending different options for the roof and explained the costs and warranty options. The Best Roofing Crew arrived as scheduled, removed the old roof and replaced some necessary wood. It turned out more wood had to be replaced than expected so an additional reasonable charge was added. The crew installed the ice/water barrier, flashing & architectural roofing with the 50-year GAF warranty on both the house at a fair price. Don checked up on the crew during the install and discussed with me how the process was going. Removing and installing a roof is a messy job and the crew did a good job keeping most of the dropping most of the debris into their trailer. The crew worked until dark the first day and had to come back to complete the job and cleanup the next day. The gentleman that did come the next day did a good job cleaning up except for running the magnet over the yard to clean up all the nails. I was a little disappointed that when I addressed this with Don he said he would talk to his crew about this for future work. I have since removed nails from the yard. I haven't received my warranty in the mail as yet. Hopefully it will arrive soon. Overall I'm very satisfied with Best Roofing's work and the GAF product, afterall we came through Hurricane Sandy without any leaks only a few days after the installation.
