Scott will absolutely make sure you get what you need. I had a little snafu three hours before my flight out of the country and Scott bent over backward to help me out, offering to meet me at the airport at 10:30 at night to deliver some paperwork I hadn't received. Pick up the phone and call him if there's any issue - he'll make it right, 100%. And the instructors are amazing - mine went at the perfect pace, was totally professional and easygoing, and made it a breeze. He explains things perfectly and takes all the mystery out of the what-happens-to-air-under-pressure questions. I would absolutely recommend this place without question.
