Brad and I do business together, as I am his printer. The first time I had him do work on my car was when my radiator went out. Fame Automotive usually works on higher-end cars, and I just have a Chevy Blazer.
It was during the hot spell last summer when Seattle was in the triple digits that my radiator went out. The only air conditioning I had was in my car, and he took care of the radiator because it was going to blow up. Brad really took care of it immediately.
Since then I have gone to Fame Automotive for a few other things, and they always get things done in a fast, timely manner. They will explain everything to me, and are very reasonable priced.
Brad is fair and honest; what more can you ask for? He did put in a part that ended up being faulty, but the warranty took care of the part, and he took care of the labor. They are good guys.
