Your technician DW replaced the broken spring and the cables on my overhead garage door today, and I want to compliment him on his sincere friendliness, his straight forward manner in explaining the options and costs, and the skill with which he used to repair my door. It was also appreciated that I could call late in the evening (about 10 PM) to request a repair be done today. The telephone clerk was friendly and quickly made an appointment time for today. The appointment was kept and the job was done efficiently.
