I had a repairman at my house today for a dishwasher that's about 2 months old. I use good dishsoap and wipe the bigger food pieces off the dishes before loading in the dishwasher, but still had little particles on my dishes (felt like sandpaper!). I thought a dishwasher was supposed to get your dishes CLEAN, but I was told there's nothing wrong with my new dishwasher! Since they claim they couldn't find a problem with the machine, I was charged $50 for a service call! YOUR WEBSITE SPECIFICALLY STATES $25 SERVICE CALL!! Was also told you couldn't give me an appointment time because the service tech provided you with his schedule each day. Waited until at least 12:00 pm to hear from you after someone sat at home for 4 hours waiting - everyone else gives at least an idea of am or pm appointment time a day prior. So much for the Free Protection Plan you advertise! I will never use your store again and will definitely not recommend.
