Review content:
After pulling my car into the garage and pressing the button to close the door, the door jammed about a third of the way down, partially coming off the track and spitting rollers all over the garage. Since it was evening I couldn't leave the door open so I disconnected it from the opener and forced it down. This caused more damage to the track and the rollers that were still in place fell out, leaving the door hanging with one side down and the other side about 2 feet off the ground. I called Welborn and they set up an appointment between 10:00am and 1:00pm. Brian, the technician, arrived at 11:00am, which was perfect timing for me. He immediately noticed the cause of the problem was a broken cable. He replaced both cables, the bent track, and rehung the door. I also had him add a special bracket to connect the door to the opener because the metal was tearing at the original connection. My garage door now operates better, smoother, and quieter than ever before. Brian did an excellent job and I am very pleased with the results of his work. I would not hesitate to use Welborn again if the need arises.
