I GIFTED MY DAUGHTER ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS FOR HER 47TH BIRTHDAY SO SHE COULD HAVE BUMBLEBEE AUTO GLASS IN AMARILLO TEXAS REPLACE THE WINDOW IN HER 4RUNNER. THAT WAS MARCH 6TH. IT IS NOW THE 19TH OF APRIL AND THE TRUCK REMAINS THE SAME. BRIAN LOYA , OF BUMBLEBEE AUTOGLASS IN AMARILLO, TEXAS PROMISED HER HE WOULD BE AT HER HOME AS SOON AS THE GLASS CAME IN AND ASSURED HER HE HAD ORDERED IT AND WAS WAITING TO PICK IT UP IN TWO DAYS. SINCE THEN WE HAVE HAD TO CONTACT THEM OVER TWENTY TIMES AND HAVE GOTTEN NO RELIEF. MR. LOYAS MOTHER ASSURED US THAT HER SON WOULD BE IN CONTACT TO RETURN HER MONEY OR BRING THE GLASS TO HER HOME OR WORK AS SOON AS HE RETURNED TO TOWN AS THEY HAD HAD A FAMILY EMERGENCY. BUT STATED HE WOULD RETURN THE NEXT DAY. NO ONE HAS CONTACTED US. WHEN WE CALL THE BUSINESS NUMBERWE GET A MACHINE AND NO ANSWER BACK. THESE PEOPLE ARE CLEARLY A SCAM...A RIPOFF, AND ANYONE WHO WOULD DO BUSINESS WITH THEM IS PUTTING THIER MONEY AND TIME AT RISK. I INTEND TO REPORT THE INCIDENT TO NOT ONLY THE POLICE BUT ALSO TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU
