I found a specific car Acura TL online, and emailed the dealership for more information. I was contacted by Richard, a salesman. Richard asked all the right questions. He was patient and understanding, as I live in Raleigh (hour and a half away), and would be driving down to Fayetteville to see the car. He took car care of all the details, big and small. I then came into contact with sales manager, Michael Baldon, over the phone. He called to make sure they had all the pertinent information, so when I arrived all that was needed was the test drive and the signing of documentation. They were patient and understanding to my needs as a customer, which is hard to find nowadays. This is a top notch dealership, and I have never felt less stress when purchasing a car ever, and I own a BMW! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a good car, from a great dealership.
