I found Spa Bellamara through City Search, as my decisions are usually based on customer reviews. I was really impressed with the feedback of other customers, so I decided to book a consultation, for there were a few things I needed help with. What I found when I arrived, was more than I had hoped for. The staff was warm and welcoming, and treated me as if they'd known me for years. It was such a relaxing atmosphere and the advice I sought, was given to me in an educated response, and I truly felt that my best interests (not my pocket book) were in mind. The services I have recieved, such as brow shaping and facials have surpassed any service I have recived at any other location. The importance of skin care and personal satisfaction is of high value to Spa Bellamara, and the results prove that point. I hope my short review can help convince others considering Spa Bellamara, the experience is top notch, the service is tentative and personal and the staff is caring and encouraging. I will never consider another spa in the Cleveland area!\r
Pros: Relaxing environment, educating and caring staff, extra special attention to detail.
Cons: Absolutely none what-so-ever!
