I'm a tenant of shaker run. I placed a work order online on a saturday, and on monday a maintenance man, knocked at my door. He didn't receive an answer (as I was laying in bed (not dressed) and proceeded to come into my apt. When I called Jackie, one of the owners- She 100% stood by his actions. I understand I asked for something to be fixed, but the maintenance man saw my car out front, and was told by a man in the hallway (another employee) that I was home. He still proceeded to come in my apt. I understand they are too busy to make sure that you are aware in advance that they are coming in, but let's get serious. I was obviously home and not able to answer the door. At no point, should that be ok. Furthermore, Jackie could not have been more rude and unsympathetic. I do not recommend renting from these people!\r
All she could say is that is our procedure and basically, we're going to agree to disagree. Beware, if you fill out a work order, you must be on edge the next 24-48 hours that someone may walk thru your door at any given moment! \r
