What a great place to practice yoga!! I've been practicing for over 15 years and have been everywhere. The teachers here are hand picked for their excellent instruction, style and spirit and it shows in every class. Beautiful, clean environment and friendly, knowledgeable staff. There is always a smiling face to greet you at the desk and answer questions. And they're moving to Montague Street in May to an even more beautiful space! And with the same great teachers and more massage therapists at the Urbanzen Spa, it doesn't get much better. How great to take a yoga class and then have really great bodywork, all in the same place. I'm so glad I found Yoga People! \r
Pros: everything you could want in a yoga studio
Cons: hard to park in bklyn hghts (not their fault)
