Review content:
I visit Zina's Day spa regularly for massages, facials, manicures and pedicures. I appreciate the spa therapists on staff there because I feel they always listen to me and meet my needs with top quality services. I would recommend this spa to anyone who wants a quality service at a reasonable price. \r

I feel the need to let everybody know about a terrible incident that I witnessed in the salon today. As I was waiting for my massage, two women were arguing with the manager about not wanting to pay for their massages. The manager remained calm and asked the two women what they did not appreciate about their massages and they refused to answer. These two women were so rude, beligerent, and disrespectful to the massage therapists and to the spa's management. I especially felt bad when the massage therapist felt the need to present her license to these women as proof that she is qualified and professional. I find it unethical and immoral that a customer would come to a spa and disrespect the hard working staff because they want to manipulate a free service. One of these women actually told the massage therapist that her license did not mean anything. She claimed that she was a Registered Nurse in Virginia, which is doubtful, being as Massage Therapists are licensed by the Nursing Board in Virginia. \r
\r
As I am reading these negative reviews, I am disgusted by the disrespect that some people feel is appropriate. It is not ok to slander a business or a person because you do not want to pay for your services. I hope my review will get through to those of you who feel this kind of behavior is acceptable.\r

I LOVE Zina's Day Spa and I will continue to be a satisfied and loyal client, as I have for the past 8 years.
