What a wonderful surprise to find a company that keeps and means their buisness. Window World installed my deck door about 5 years ago. And for the past few winters I felt really strong draft coming thru. This January I called WW and explained my situation. They sent Alex, Regional Manager to check my door and come up with solution to stop the draft. Tell you the truth, I expected run around and empty promisses. I was so wrong! Alex was very professional, honest and to the point. He found that door was damaged and gas leaked out of the glass. As WW gives life time warranty on their product, my door was replaced with brand new, higher quality, great insulation sliding door. Alex did wonderful job! Worked very hard, looking at every details, made sure that place is spotless clean after he was done. It's not every day that great company with values comes by. I wanted to take this opportunity and give Window World -A+. I am highly suttisfied with their job and customer service and will recommend Window World to my friends and family. Thank you, Alex and Windwo World!
