Review content:
Went in with four floor mats and a cup holder insert...came out with three floor mats and missing cup holder. They finally found the cup holder insert, but not the floor mat. They showed me the incredibly crappy video that could not prove the number of floor mats or what happened to the cup holder insert. They did find the cup holder insert and gave it back to me. They deny misplacing the floor mat. I verified all mats were present before going in. The manager was VERY rude and refused to look for the mat and also refused to acknowledge that the crew misplaced the cup holder insert and had to go look for it. The vacuum job was awful. The car barely looked like it had been vacuumed at all. The wash and wipe down were well done.
