Marco's Car Wash & Lube

Went in with four floor mats and a cup holder insert...came out with three floor mats and missing cup holder. They finally found the cup holder insert, but not the floor mat. They showed me the incredibly crappy video that could not prove the number of floor mats or what happened to the cup holder insert. They did find the cup holder insert and gave it back to me. They deny misplacing the floor mat. I verified all mats were present before going in. The manager was VERY rude and refused to look for the mat and also refused to acknowledge that the crew misplaced the cup holder insert and had to go look for it. The vacuum job was awful. The car barely looked like it had been vacuumed at all. The wash and wipe down were well done. more

I always go to Marco's to get my car washed. I also recommended Marco's to family and friends. They have always received good service and the prices are reasonable as well. Not the most polished counter staff, but no harm is intended. The staff working on the cars are always friendly and have good customer service skills. I am a big fan of Marco's and will continue to use them. more

When it comes to cleaning a car inside and out, they are the best I've ever used. With an oil change, you get the car washed free. The oil change is $10 cheaper than any other place I've found. The other day I also needed some front brake work done and they went above and beyond any expectations in helping me get my car repaired. I'm grateful. I'm very surprised to find negative comments about Marco's. I had to double-check that I was reading about the same place. I'm a regular there and have had all sorts of services performed from basic car washes, full details, and annual inspections. The staff have always been friendly and efficient and do a great job on my cars. The manager has taken me on tours of the facility when I asked about water usage. One day a gust of wind blew and he came out with free wash coupons because of the dust that got blown on the cars. I can't say enough about how much I like doing business with Marco's. I'm sorry to see there have been some bad experiences but I can honestly say as a regular customer I could not be more surprised. more

I had almost the exact same experience as the first commenter did! They totally forgot to do my inspection and when I went to ask if my car was almost ready after waiting an additional 45 minutes(I had already been there an hour), the middle aged man behind the counter told me to leave if I didn't like waiting. There were elderly people behind the counter when I was there as well as a middle aged white woman who stared at me the entire time I was in there like I was going to steal something. Very unproffesional and rude! I am glad the friend of the owner wrote such a nice review, the tells you who they cater to in that place. Friends and not customers! more

I doubt they ""forgot"" to do your inspection. It is a small, somewhat newer business, and with that said you must understand that with one inspection machine, a line can be built up, and if there is a waiting time, its not like they wont tell you. As for the ""4 other people behind the counter"", if the owner of the company is doing something the employee may not approve of, you are going to blame them for not putting their job on the line and contradicting the man? The guy you are speaking of is most likely the owner, there are no ""Old people"" that own that place... you are incorrectly educated on what you speak of, and he does not have a son, as the company is named in dedication to his son who has passed away a few years before the business was opened up. And chances are, if anyone tells you to ""take your (profanity) outside"" I highly doubt it was non provoked, as these people DO actually care about keeping a customer happy, and it is doubtful that they would make a scene in telling you this in front of other customers. I think you were so unhappy with something that has happened that you were moved to write a review that possibly exaggerates the events to the extent of your need for revenge of some sort. more

This place has the rudest people ever!!!!!! They forgot to do my inspection, after and hour more of waiting i went to ask how much longer it would be and the pig behind the counter, told me with a mouth full of hot wings, to go sit down and shut up, i was outraged!!! he asked me how i knew how long it took to do an inspection and i told him b/c i had owned a car for a while and new it didn't take 2 damn hours. he then proceeded to tell me to ""take my butt (profanity)outside"" and wait if i didn't like it! there were also four other people behind the counter and none of them said anything about how rude he was being!!! i feel bad for the old people who own that place, ithink that guy is there son, and when they die he'll certainly run that place into the ground acting like that!!!!!! more
