I ordered the K2 Alexis Women's skate. Fit fine in the foot, but very tight above the ankle, with no way to adjust it out further, and I'm slight build. Took them out around the drive to see if they would feel OK. They didn't. Called to see if I could exchange. Nope. Can't take them outside at all or they won't take back. I suggested paying for new wheels to be put on, no deal. Manager would not even speak to me. Representative was very condescending reminding me several times how their website clearly states this (not at time of purchase of course, you have to go looking for it). I will never shop here again.
