WOW I have never seen such poor service from a business. I just got rudely interrupted by the supervisor in the Reno office who wouldn't help me because my case is handled out of Las Vegas, my case worker Chelsea in the las vegas office actually hung up on me once. I have been with these incompetent people for almost a year now. I have had 3 neck surgeries, have multiple herniated discs in my back and constant shoulder scapula pain. I have had this condition for most of my life and been denied disability 3 times (yes I said 3) . They keep telling me that my case (only because I call them they NEVER call me) is in appeals concule. Meanwhile I am having to eat so I try to work jobs but this is the biggest load of crap I have ever heard of DO NOT CONTACT this firm only if you like a good joke. All they can do is take a message pretty much.
