BE WARE...\r
I was sold a computer which did not properly function.\r
I was traveling and was in possession of the computer for about 6 hours; I have shipping receipts which indicate that. Because I needed a computer I had to purchase a second one while on the road.\r
Later AVCD flat refused any attempt to discuss a half-way point to compensate for their faulty equipment. They sold equipment which did not work; it was un-used, yet they washed their hands of even wanting it for half price.\r
I never ask for a full refund, only a little compensation or even sell the computer on consignment. I went to a ""computer store"" because I needed reliability while traveling. \r
My second computer is brand-new, with twice as much memory and no problems for less money, from walmart. \r
If anyone here has needed to purchase valuable equipment while traveling on the road, only to learn that you didn't receive what you had paid for. Then you'll know what I'm talking about, AV Computer Doctor is like buying from a street corner vendor.\r
