I took my hard-drive to AV Computer Doctor to have data taken from the disk as I needed to wipe the hard drive due to errors the computer and it would not recognize external drives so I could not get the data off myself.\r AV Computer Doctor damaged the connections on the disk so I had to buy a new disk from Dell at a cost of a couple hundred dollars. AV Computer Doctor would not refund the cost of the disk and I still had to pay someone else who to get the data off the original disk which was made more difficult because of the damage. At least AVCD did admitted that they had damaged the connections on the original disk. more

I really like this place. I got good info and made a new friend. Thank you for saving my pictures. I am sorry about the murder of your father. You will have all the business of mt and my family. more

Worst service I have ever had.\r I agree with other comments here.\r I dealt with a heavy-set lady who was very un-knowledgeable; she gave me misleading information or flat out lied to me.\r This company is only looking to make a buck and does not care about the customer.\r Greg\r more

BE WARE...\r I was sold a computer which did not properly function.\r I was traveling and was in possession of the computer for about 6 hours; I have shipping receipts which indicate that. Because I needed a computer I had to purchase a second one while on the road.\r Later AVCD flat refused any attempt to discuss a half-way point to compensate for their faulty equipment. They sold equipment which did not work; it was un-used, yet they washed their hands of even wanting it for half price.\r I never ask for a full refund, only a little compensation or even sell the computer on consignment. I went to a ""computer store"" because I needed reliability while traveling. \r My second computer is brand-new, with twice as much memory and no problems for less money, from walmart. \r If anyone here has needed to purchase valuable equipment while traveling on the road, only to learn that you didn't receive what you had paid for. Then you'll know what I'm talking about, AV Computer Doctor is like buying from a street corner vendor.\r more

HORRIBLE!!!!\r Do yourself a favor and stay clear of AV Computer Doctor.\r They told me they could do a simple password recovery for a tax document I had on my computer.\r Instead they hacked the document so now it's unreadable when it tries to open and my computer shuts off after 1 minute of it being opened; AND I noticed some other documents are now MISSING!\r I spent good money and got ripped off!\r Mike more

I took my elitebook here thinking I had killed it the fingerprint scanner thing didn't work and the screen was black. Casey fixed it in a couple days and they were very nice at the store there. I would suggest to anyone and I already made my dad take his stuff there. more

The owner is a gamer and she plays WOW (Horde) so she understood my absolute need to get that hijacker and virus off. My boyfriend's dad has gone to her in the past so I went on his idea but I looked up her site online and it was pretty complete. I would def go there again and any time I had a problem on a computer and tell all my friends to go there too. So yes I would say go here before anyone else. It did take longer but I watched what she did and she really does a thorough job and she doesn't just reinstall Windows on the computer she makes it clean and cleans all the affected files and something she said about perrmissions in the registry, She took a lot of time with me which was way cool for an owner of a business. So do go here. more

Yeah so I lost my last tip and I am going to have to write this again. I went to AV Computer Doctor and the chick there was awesome on my computer. She is a gamer so she knew right away what I needed and got rid of the hijacker and virus and fixed it. I was jonesing and needed it bad. I would go there. Boyfriend's dad suggested the place after going there and I would tell all my friends to go there. more
