Businiess name:  C & T Appliance

Review content:
I can not recommend C&T Appliance Repair. The one positive is that they did come out the same day. C&T Appliance repair charged me $75 including tax for a ""service charge"" which they said would be applied towards parts and labor as long as I chose to do the repair with them. However, after inspection they claimed could not tell me the price that day as they had to look up the cost of parts. I was told to pay the $75 now and that someone would call me back with the price (but no one ever did). After I called back several times (each time with C&T responding that they would get back to me but then not doing so), they finally told me I would have to pay an additional $75 service charge for them to come out yet again (on top of parts & labor and the $75 already paid). It is not my fault that they could not tell me the price initially, I did not have the option to perform the required repair at time of visit, and they did not tell me anything about additional service charges previously. I was certainly misled and taken advantage of with a clear misrepresentation of charges followed by a complete lack of communication/responsiveness. This is a pretty poor way to run a business. I'm not sure if it is legal but it is pretty unethical. Watch out for these guys!
